Donations are made in the name of contributing poets to libraries throughout the county. Donations are completed each summer. Every college and university library receives the new annual. So does the San Diego County and City library systems, along with libraries from independent cities throughout the county, including Oceanside, Escondido, Carlsbad, National City and Chula Vista.
Copies are also donated to select public and university libraries nationally, including the Bancroft Library at San Francisco State University, the University of Michigan, Bucknell University and the Governor’s Library in Princeton, NJ.
In addition, through the auctions of commemorative bottles of wine bearing the cover art for the annual, funds are distributed to venues hosting our celebratory readings,
